The presentation will cover topics such as uncovering unreported income utilizing financial information provided in discovery. Further, we will review methods to assist in determining the existence of hidden, transferred or deferred income. The methods reviewed will be the expenditure, net worth and bank deposit methods. Finally, the presentation will review other documents that can be used to potentially discover and uncover hidden assets or sources of income.

John W Howard, CPA, ABV, CVA, CFF is the President of Howard & Company, CPAs, P.A. in Jacksonville, FL. Mr. Howard has been practicing for over 32 years. He is accredited in business valuation and certified in financial forensics with the American Institute of CPAs and is a certified valuation analyst with the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Mr. Howard has been providing valuation and litigation services for over 25 years. He has been accepted as an expert witness in federal bankruptcy and tax courts as well as multiple circuit courts in northeast Florida. He has testified in matters regarding family law, lost profits, business valuation, and economic damages.
