NADP Monthly Member Meeting | Sex Addiction and its Role in Divorce and Child Custody

With the increasing public acceptance of sexual or pornography addiction, these issues are being brought to light more often in divorce and custody proceedings. As sexual addiction is not a recognized diagnosis by the DSM-V there is often confusion as to what sexual addiction is. This talk will discuss the differential “diagnosis” of sexual addiction, how sexual addiction may impact a relationship and lead it to divorce as well as child safety and what to look for when seeking assessment for sexual addiction in a divorce or child custody case.
