| Biography | Wendy M. Crowther was admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars in 1994 and maintains admissions in both states. Previous positions with Rivkin Radler, LLP, and Schibell & Mennie, LLC, have seen her conduct complex and wide-ranging litigation matters. Her strongly held belief is that a client is best served by counsel that offers integrity, transparency, timely execution, and value. Her over 25 years of experience in various aspects of the law makes her well suited to provide for her client’s various needs in a cost-effective manner. Founded in 2020, the Law Office of Wendy M. Wendy lives in Atlantic Highlands with her husband, Marty. They enjoy fishing on their boat and spending time with their two daughters. |
| Services | We handle a wide range of civil litigation matters, including: real estate litigation and disputes; property ownership, boundary, and transfer disputes; legal malpractice; consumer fraud; insurance coverage; employment law; business disputes and more. We handle all manners of real estate purchases – residential purchases and sales, as well as business purchases of commercial property. In addition, we are “go-to” counsel for our real estate colleagues in those unfortunate instances where the deal unravels, escrows are held, and the parties cannot come to an agreement without litigation. Our real estate expertise also includes boundary disputes, ownership disputes, title/survey actions, and easement and adverse possession claims. We also prepare basic estate planning documents, including: Last Will & Testament; Durable Power of Attorney; Health Care Proxy; Living Will; and Codicils. |
| Education/Experience | Wendy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ohio Wesleyan University and obtained her JD at New York Law School. She started her career at the Criminal Defense Division of the Legal Aid Society in New York, NY, before moving to private practice where she conducted all aspects of litigation in both state and federal court. |
