For more than two decades, I’ve built my career around helping people navigate life’s biggest transitions.

As the Owner and Arizona State Broker of The Amy Jones Group, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of individuals and families buy and sell homes throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. While every move is unique, some seasons of life require more than market expertise – they require compassion, thoughtful communication, and a trusted guide.

As a Certified Divorce Professional and member of the National Association of Divorce Professionals, I help clients navigate the real estate decisions that often accompany divorce. My role is to provide objective guidance, coordinate with the other professionals supporting my clients, and create a strategy that allows them to move forward with confidence.

My approach has been shaped not only by my professional experience but also by my own life experiences, giving me a deep appreciation for the emotional and practical challenges that major life transitions can bring.

Outside of real estate, I’m the founder of Community on Purpose, a nonprofit dedicated to connecting volunteers, businesses, and resources to strengthen Arizona communities. I’m also the founder of On Purpose Strategies, where I coach leaders and organizations on building stronger relationships through curiosity, empathy, and trust as an Exactly What to Say® Certified Guide, Certified Quadrant3 Leadership Coach, and ICF-trained coach.
