| Biography | I’m Lisa Lisser, the founder of LZL Coaching, a boutique coaching firm specializing in divorce, co-parenting and life transitions. I am uniquely positioned to work with you as you create your life vision before, during and after divorce. With my background in law, Jewish education, leadership development and spiritual counseling, when I found divorce coaching I realized this was a field where I could incorporate all my life experiences and skills to serve people going through one of the most difficult experiences of their lives. I am a certified CDC and DCA divorce coach. I completed NJSBA’s family mediation training, And I am one of a select few national coaches who are trained in BeH2O coparenting. My role is to help clients clear the overwhelm and begin to regain control of their lives and their decision making. My clients say that I empower them to find their voice, clarify their wants and needs, and design a future they never thought possible. I am a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where I earned my JD and was a member of The Cardozo Law Review where I published the Note, “Family, Marriage and the Same-Sex Couple” way back in 1991. Currently, I write blog posts related to divorce and life transition, I host a video podcast “Dishing on Divorce with Lisa Lisser” which you can find on YouTube, Roku TV, Spotify, Apple podcasts, iHeart Radio or wherever you subscribe, and I am a best selling author of “Divorce Decoded: A Women’s Manifesto for Navigating Divorce and Beyond” |

Pre-Mediation Divorce Coaching Recognizing the fear of the unknown that is the leading factor in divorce overwhelm, I work with clients prior to their entry into the mediation space to build their skills, help them identify what’s important and then what’s more important, so they feel competent to negotiate to get the best result for them and their families. Together we work on creating the plan that is best for them and build a strategy to achieve their goals. Certified Child Centered Collaborative Co-parenting Specialist A dedicated specialist, Lisa offers transformational co-parenting coaching through the exclusive BeH2O™ program. This innovative methodology shifts parents’ mindsets, encouraging them to view their co-parenting relationship as a collaborative business endeavor focused on safeguarding their children’s well-being. As one of only a select number of nationally certified BeH2O™ coaches, Lisa facilitates virtual and in person workshops that truly transform co-parents’ relationships and foster healthier dynamics.
