I help clients with legacy and life planning and with long-term care crisis management. I help other attorneys with planning and support for their clients who have special needs and considerations during divorce, custody, and personal injury proceedings.   The best approach, to me, is to focus on the family as a whole when possible and to encourage open and ongoing communication to ensure that all needs are known and considered.  My experience includes working closely with referring attorneys, financial professionals, institutional trustees, court officers, state agencies, nonprofits, and professional fiduciaries to create a plan that meets and exceeds the client’s life goals.
