Peter Melchionne, a Senior Loan Officer at Pinnacle Mortgage, is a lifelong Bergen County resident and has provided real estate finance solutions in New Jersey for the past 15 years.  Peter graduated from Quinnipiac University with a degree in Finance and spent his summers as a licensed real estate agent in Hoboken. In 2006 Peter began his career in the mortgage lending industry at First Horizon Home Loan.  He transitioned to Pinnacle Mortgage in 2008 where he has built his business assisting real estate purchasers in both their personal and investment acquisitions. Peter has expertise in a wide array of products including conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Rehab and Non-QM mortgages, as well as being certified in divorce lending.  Peter has personally invested in multifamily and commercial real estate and understands the needs of both his residential and investor clients.
