| Biography |
Marcos practices collaborative law at the Vacca Family Law Group where he help families divorce compassionately with dignity and respect. Prior to joining Vacca Family Law Group, Marcos practiced as a traditional divorce attorney at boutique matrimonial firms located in New York City and Westchester County. Having successfully litigated on behalf of clients, he is intimately aware of the dangers inherent in the adversarial process and the financial and emotional risks posed to families. Marcos began his career in commercial litigation before deciding to practice as a matrimonial attorney exclusively, experience which aids him in handling the complex and challenging financial dilemmas often associated with parties’ divorces.

Marcos graduated from Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 2011, where he served as a Comments Editor on the Environmental Law Review. He is admitted to practice in the New York State Bar. Marcos is also admitted to practice in the federal courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association
