I began my career in Arizona as a mortgage loan processor, mastering the foundational elements of lending before becoming a loan originator. In 2024, I followed my passion for ethical and client-centered lending by opening my own mortgage brokerage, Lending Leah, in Florida. Licensed in both Florida and Arizona, Lending Leah is proudly female-owned and operated. As a Certified Mortgage Advisor and Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP), I’m equipped to bridge the gap between divorce law, financial planning, and real estate financing. I’ve also walked this path personally—navigating my own divorce and the real estate complexities that came with it—which gives me a deeper level of empathy and insight into what my clients are facing.
