David Thomason is the co-owner and lead appraiser of CMA Appraisals. David has been a certified residential appraiser since 2018. David graduated with a Bachelor’s from Texas State University. David has two adult daughters and a wife of over 28 years. He is a major UT sports fan, loves attending live music events and watching movies with his pets.

David is an experienced certified residential appraiser. He is proficient in helping clients determine the market value of their homes for the purpose of divorce cases, tax assessments and estate planning. He also assists realtors with determine market value for listings and finding accurate square footage of the homes they are selling.

David has a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from Texas Sate. He has also completed the course work and training needs to obtain his certification as a residential appraiser.
