I have been providing quality and personalized legal representation for 21 years and have practiced exclusively in the area of family and matrimonial law for the past 16 years. I have substantial experience handling complex divorce and paternity cases from inception to mediation and/or trial. I also draft and negotiate prenuptial agreements and handle many post judgment matters including modification of alimony, child support and relocation cases. Today, I have my own firm and have been in business for 6 years in Coral Gables, Florida.
I understand the particular needs of each client and zealously advocate to advance the client’s and children’s best interest during all stages of the litigation. I also believe in alternative dispute resolutions such as the mediation process and collaborative law process, both of which allow clients greater autonomy to decide their own fate while minimizing the expense and trauma of litigation to themselves and their children.

I am a native Spanish speaker and conversational in French. Speaking more than one language helps me to better serve the diverse Hispanic population in South Florida. Finally, I am a frequent guest speaker at Florida International University. Lecture topics have covered a wide range of family law matters but specifically focus on real property issues in divorce cases.
