  The French Chapter is having a zoom session this Labor Day on how to take care of oneself- and therefore others- by dedicating a few moments to inner and outer awareness, relaxing areas of the body that demand attention, softening the edges of response to someone else’s energy, boosting manifestation…join us if you speak French but if you cannot do not worry, I’ll do a repeat in English if you are interested.
