Monthly Member Meeting | Talk Yourself Into Success

Presentation Brief Summary and Take-Aways:

In this presentation participants will learn how your mindset and resilience impacts how you work with clients and colleagues. Participants will learn a thinking style – a simple formula – rather than situational responses. This formula will help you work more productively and build professional relationships.

In addition, participants will:
· Understand when a stressed client is in fight, flight or freeze mode and help them to shift
· Transition from unproductive to productive
· Gain more clarity and focus to be effective, yet be able to express compassion and empathy without hand-holding

Susan Commander Samakow is an award-winning ICF Professional Certified Coach, Author, Mediator and Divorce Mediator, although she prefers wearing the coaching “hat.” The three pillars of her coaching practice are mindset, resilience, and transition (life, business, and career), all of which are backed by the latest neuroscience studies. Stressed clients learn how to shift out of the fight or flight mode and into a mindset where they can make clear and focused decisions, as well as increase their resilience and have a positive, productive self-talk.
