A wheel cannot turn properly unless it has the correct Cogs. Wheels comes in many sizes with varying Cogs depending on the job to be handled. A divorce is much like a wheel. Each divorce comes with different facts, different goals, different personalities and different challenges. A divorce is a multi-faceted process that encompasses many professionals assisting in the process. Professionals who specialize in divorces must have many Cogs in their quiver of resources to be truly effective. This presentation will look at the many professionals involved in the divorce process. Certain professionals are always needed in a divorce such as the divorce attorney. However, to have a successful result, many additional professionals will be needed to augment the divorce process.
The goal of this presentation is to examine:
- How the divorce process actually works
- The many professionals who touch the divorce process
- Understand the value of professionals being involved in the divorce process
- Time is of the essence in the divorce process
Kristi Arlitt – Biography
Kristi Arlitt is a 5th Generation Texan. Now living in Frisco, she originally hails from the Texas Hill Country and San Antonio. Kristi comes from a family of ranchers and manufacturers. Her family has owned numerous ranches, commercial properties and suburban properties.
For over 20-years, Kristi’s law practice has had a heavy emphasis on Real Estate, Estate Planning, Probate and Litigation matters. Kristi’s skill lies in being experienced in drafting, advising her clients in negotiations, and making strategic decisions. She maintains a boutique practice that emphasizes personal attention to each client and custom solutions.
